How to use the Audio to Text Converter
Choose Microphone to transcribe live speech, or Upload Audio File to transcribe a recording
Select a language before starting for the most accurate recognition results
For microphone mode, click Start Listening and allow microphone access when prompted by your browser
For file mode, drop in an audio file, then click Start Transcribing to play it while capturing the speech
Keep your device volume on and this browser tab focused so the microphone can pick up the audio playback clearly
Toggle automatic capitalization and punctuation to format recognized phrases as they are added
The transcript box is fully editable, so you can correct any misheard words directly
Switch to the Timed Segments tab to see each recognized phrase along with when it was captured
Click Copy Text to copy the full transcript to your clipboard at any time
Click Download .txt to save the transcript as a plain text file to your device
