How to use the Video Frame Screenshot tool
Drop a video file onto the upload area or click Browse to load it from your device
Your video is read entirely in the browser using the HTML5 video element. Nothing is uploaded or transmitted anywhere
Use the video player controls to play, pause, and scrub to the exact frame you want to capture
The current frame timestamp is displayed below the player so you always know your exact position in HH:MM:SS.mmm format
Choose PNG for a lossless pixel-perfect screenshot, JPEG for a smaller file, or WebP for the best compression with modern browser support
Set JPEG or WebP quality from 60% to 100% to balance image sharpness against the size of the exported file
Use the Output Scale option to capture at full resolution or scale down to 75%, 50%, or 25% of the original video dimensions
Enable Burst Count to capture 3, 5, or 10 sequential frames starting from the current playback position in a single click
Adjust the Burst Interval to control how many seconds apart each frame in a burst sequence is captured
Click Capture Frame to instantly draw the current video frame onto a Canvas and export it as an image using the Canvas API
Captured frames appear in a thumbnail grid below. Click any thumbnail to select it and view it in full size above the grid
Each frame shows its exact timestamp and file size in the thumbnail so you can compare multiple captures side by side
Click Download Frame on the selected preview to save that individual image to your device
Use the Download All button to save every captured frame to your device in sequence, or Clear All to remove the entire capture session
