How to use the Video Trimmer
Drag and drop a video file onto the upload area, or click Browse to select one from your device
The video is loaded entirely in your browser. Your file is never uploaded to any server at any point
Use the video player controls to preview the clip and identify the exact moment you want to start and end the trim
Drag the Trim Start and Trim End sliders to define the portion of the video you want to keep
Use Jump to Trim Start and Jump to Trim End buttons to quickly preview your exact cut points in the player
The precise HH:MM:SS.mmm timestamps are displayed below the sliders so you know the exact cut points
Select an output format such as MP4, WebM, or MOV depending on where you plan to use the trimmed clip
Choose a quality level to balance between the output file size and visual sharpness of the clip
Optionally change the playback speed to slow down or speed up the clip. Audio tempo is adjusted automatically to match
Choose whether to keep the original audio track or remove it entirely from the output file
Click Trim Clip to run FFmpeg WebAssembly directly inside your browser tab with no server involvement
The first trim loads the FFmpeg engine which is cached for any subsequent trims in the same browser session
Preview the trimmed clip directly in the Output Preview tab before committing to downloading it
Click Download to save the trimmed video file to your device in the format you selected
