How to use the Audio Trimmer and Cutter
Drag and drop an audio file onto the upload area, or click it to browse your device
The file is decoded locally using the Web Audio API, and a waveform is rendered from the decoded samples
Drag the blue handle to set your start point and the red handle to set your end point on the waveform
Type exact timestamps into the Start Time and End Time fields using minutes and seconds
Click Preview Selection to listen to your trimmed range before exporting it
Apply a fade in and fade out to avoid clicks or abrupt cuts at the start and end of the clip
Choose 16-bit for standard quality, 24-bit for studio quality, or 32-bit float for maximum precision on export
Click Export Clip to slice the AudioBuffer at your chosen range and encode it as a WAV file
Preview the trimmed result in the built-in audio player before downloading it
Click Download Trimmed WAV to save the cut clip directly to your device
